- • Billing always occurs on the 1st of the month, based on how many participants are in the system that day.
- • Adding a participant mid-month is prorated — added on the 5th = ~25 free days that month.
- • Remove a participant before the 1st and you won't be charged for them next cycle.
- • Free is capped at 100 participants. Pro covers up to 10,000 participants.
- • Unclaimed free rooms are automatically deleted 30 days after creation. Sign in once as the facilitator (free) to keep your room indefinitely.
